This Sunday at 10 am

Yoga with the alpacas brings a peaceful energy and a touch of fun, often inspiring laughter and joy, which can help reduce stress and boost wellbeing.
Being outdoors also allows us to connect with nature, while meditation and mindful breathing help settle the nervous system, quieten a busy mind, and promote a greater sense of peace and relaxation
