I’m really excited to announce Land Chocolate has arrived in Staffordshire at chocolates of Whitebridge. Adding to our collection of Bean to Bar Chocolate makers from around the Uk which we offer the largest selection in this County.

Land chocolate has won many awards, they are based in Bethnal Green, London.
We are offering the following three amazing bars !!!!

38% toasted white chocolate and nibs, this is single origin from Nicaragua, tasting notes say the beans reflect the taste of biscuits, oats, light fruits.

57% dairy free oat milk , this is single origin from poke caribe - dom.republic, tasting notes say the beans reflect the taste of vanilla, fudge, marzipan. Vegan friendly.

85% dark chocolate, this is a single origin from kokoa kamili kalonibere valley Tanzania, tasting notes say the beans reflect the taste of apricot, dried fruit, hazelnut.

Second batch of Cookie Cappuccino bars,,,,, interest is growing in these and I’m loving it. ! What a better way to get that fix of coffee, you can be lazy and just grab for the bar without the kettle going on.

Can be made using hot water or milk!! This is sheer thoughtful pleasure in a mug, we can supply hot chocolate mugs too, made especially for us by a local potter.

Just a snap shot of what is being created at Chocolates of Whitebridge,,,, Colour with pattern, pattern with Shine, Shine with creativity, Creativity with selection, Selection with knowledge, Knowledge with pride ,,,,,,,,, Pride that my chocolates are made in small batches, I use Chocolate selected with character and ethically sourced.
Chocolate creation takes time and thought, thought that you want people to taste the difference that is offered locally. Chocolates will always speak for themselves,,,,,,,, when the wrapping is removed there is no hiding .

Chocolate Lime Marmalade, it’s so delicious and only five ingredients.
All natural ingredients, Limes, Lemon, Lime Oil, Unrefined Sugar and Madagascan Chocolate.

I just love this recipe, it brings my toast alive and gives me a kick start in the morning !
