Spot Acre Farms is a family owned and run business since 1942. We are commercial dairy farmers with an interest in biological farming and pedigree holstein breeding under the prefix Picston.

History of Picston:
-Birth place of Picston Shaker, Picston Scholar, Picston Shottle, regarded as a generation sire
-Home of Condon Aero Sharon, she is the highest star brood cow in the UK ever.
-Sharon was voted global cow of the year in 2007
-Gold cup winners 2004 ~ this is the most coveted award in UK dairy farming.
-Picston Holsteins was voted number 1 in Europe and number 13 in the world for their most influential breeder in the last 25 years competition.
