Meet Geraldine 🩷
She was born in September out of block because her mum was naughty and got with the bull πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ She spent the first year of her life living with the sheep and dogs. When we first put her in with the calves she used to run away from them to us. She now still loves a cuddle πŸ₯°πŸ₯Ή

The baby heifers are having corn everyday via this snacker just to help them grow on target. They soon learn to chase it which is also good when we need to move them from one field to the next

Last nights grazing Vs today's fresh break. Our cows will always get fresh grass twice a day. The grass is allocated according to the amount of grass in each paddock which is measured twice a week, we use temporary fences in the fields to split them up as required.
As you can see the cows are happy and contented eating even with the bike and the dog around them.
Happy cows give the best milk πŸ„πŸ₯›πŸ©·
