The Island Spirit Whisky Shop Single Cask Exclusive 🥃

We are so excited to be collaborating with one of our favourite Scottish distilleries Ardnamurchan Distillery

After sampling a number of casks at the Ardnamurchan Distillery warehouse, we finally chose this unpeated single malt, which has been matured for 7 years in a first fill oloroso sherry hogshead.

Cask No. 826 was hand picked by us during a visit to Ardnamurchan Distillery earlier this year, and we hope you love it just as much as we do!

Bottled at 58.4% ABV and only 308 bottles available. Non chill-filtered and natural colour.

This limited edition single malt is a marriage of peated spirit matured in rare Canadian ice wine casks and Spanish Verdejo wine casks.

Tasting notes - Fruit salad, lime zest, earthy smoke, and soft oak spice
