Right folks, we’ve got some changes to our opening hours over the next couple of weeks, so here’s a quick update.

This weekend, we have an extra opening tomorrow, Thursday 27 August. Our first collection slot will be at 5pm and our last collection slot will be at 7.30pm.

We’ll be closing slightly earlier on Friday evening, with our last collection slot at 7pm instead of 7.30pm. On Saturday, we’re open as normal from 1.30pm until 7.30pm.

The Blue Man trailer will be closed on Friday 4 and Saturday 5 September while we cater for a private function.

We’ll then be back to normal on Friday 11 and Saturday 12 September, with collection slots available from 1.30pm until 7.30pm on both days.

🌶️ Working away preparing for the weekend! 🌶️

This is our Blue Man chilli sauce, which cooks down for a good eight to ten hours before it’s ready. It contains various chillies, peppers, pineapple, mango, garlic, ginger, lime and a few other ingredients. 🍍🥭 🫒🌶

It’s served with our delicious crab cakes 🦀 and also forms the base of our chilli and lime mayonnaise.

This weekend we’re introducing a beautiful new small plate: poached Calloway crab claws served with an Argyll potato salad, dressed with lemon and fresh local herbs, including beautiful local fennel. 🌿🍋
