Our mission has always been to use our network of chefs to help tackle the spiralling issue of deer overpopulation in the South Downs National Park.

Although people are waking up to the incredible versatility and potential of venison as an alternative meat source, we can do more!

Absolutely thrilled to hear are taking on a new site in West Sussex!

We couldn’t ask for a more supportive customer who celebrates our produce with such flare and creativity!

Delivering more local and sustainably farmed food from field to plate is our mission, and working with chefs and restaurateurs who share that goal turns this (occasionally) up hill battle into a down hill sprint.
