🌾 Fresh from the Mill! 🌾
Our students have been busy crafting our latest batch of organic, stoneground flour. We mill on-site to preserve the natural oils, vitamins, and minerals that industrial processing often strips away.
Now available in our shop (1kg bags):
• 🌾 Mariagertoba Bread Flour: A population wheat developed for its strengthened versatility producing airy, crispy loaves (a photo from a Sunfield Shop customer)
• 🌾 April Bearded Wholemeal: A 19th-century English heritage wheat high in protein—ideal for robust, "proper bread" with a perfect crust and great flavour (a photo of pancakes from a Sunfield Shop customer)
• 🌾 Fine Bran (500g)- a mix of different varieties of wheat grown on-site
