🙌Phew, been back for a couple of weeks, great seeing so many friendly faces, and missed those couldn’t join us❤️.

We had 16guests yesterday, and lucky me, please say hi to the sous chef, just little bit shy😜

It might comes as a surprise to you, out of all the seafood, crab is my least favourite, but but but I have to say the Shanghai crab gold noodles is my favourite noodles😍😋

Shanghai Crab Gold Noodles known locally as Xiehuang Mian, its a luxurious Chinese delicacy featuring chewy wheat noodles completely smothered in a thick, velvety golden sauce made entirely from the meat, rich fat, and creamy roe of seasonal Chinese hairy crabs. And of course, it comes in the steamed buns too, the sauce inside just heavenly 😍.

I am slightly sad that I can’t have this in the UK, I don’t think I can make it myself either😭. So do try it if you ever have the chance to visit Shanghai, Zhejiang or jingsu in China, as they are the best 🙌👌.

Hello everyone,

Just want to to let you know that I am taking a summer break to China to visit family. Hope you all have a wonderful summer and looking forward to seeing you all when I come back.
