Featuring the new Springbank 12 Year Old Cask Strength and Hazelburn Sherry Wood 7 Year Old, alongside a range of core expressions from Springbank and Kilkerran.

Due to the rare nature of these whiskies, purchases will be limited to one special release bottle per person.

Maker’s Mark Independence Day Tasting - Thursday 2nd July

We all know Maker’s Mark for its iconic red wax-dipped seal and sweet, approachable style, but have you ever explored any of their limited-release expressions? If not, this is the perfect opportunity.

Join us in the Nickolls & Perks cellars as we showcase five exceptional whiskies from Maker’s Mark, including the Cellar Aged 2025 release and the brand-new Star Hill Farm 2026 release.

Cellar Aged 2025
The third release in the Cellar Aged series, this expression comprises 74% 11-year-old, 10% 13-year-old and 16% 14-year-old whiskies. The spirit is initially matured in Maker’s Mark’s traditional warehouses before being transferred to its limestone cellars for further ageing. The cooler cellar environment allows for a slower, gentler maturation, enhancing complexity while maintaining balance. The final whisky is bottled at 56.45% ABV.

Star Hill Farm 2026
Named after the Kentucky farm where Maker’s Mark is produced, Star Hill Farm follows its recent accolade as World’s Best Wheat Whisky at the 2026 World Whiskies Awards. This innovative release is a marriage of two mash bills: one made entirely from malted wheat, and another comprising 70% wheat and 30% malted barley. Together, they create a final blend of 27% wheat, 62% malted wheat and 11% malted barley, resulting in a richer, more layered flavour profile that showcases a distinctive expression of wheat-forward American whisky.

The iconic Yellow Submarine from has resurfaced and is now available from Nickolls & Perks.

Celebrating the 25th anniversary of Bruichladdich’s resurrection in 2001, this whisky marks the third release in the distillery’s iconic series. Back in 2005, two fisherman discovered a bright yellow remote control Royal Navy submarine off the coast of Islay, which was later retrieved from the Island. This anniversary edition pays homage to the original recipe of the first yellow submarine release that was presented to the Royal Navy, upon their arrival at the Bruichladdich pier.

Made with 100% unpeated Scottish barley, the whisky spent 14 years maturing in a combination of first-fill bourbon barrels and French red wine casks, before being bottled at 54.2% abv.

Introducing The Albion from the West Midlands Distillery.

Albion is the third whisky release from West Midlands Distillery. Marrying together English barley, English ale yeast and three virgin English oak casks, this unpeated expression is a tribute to the thriving English Whisky scene. The fanned box features maps of Birmingham on one side and the Black Country, the home of WMD on the other side.

Why Albion, you ask?

‘Albion’ is the earliest known name for England and the Islands of Great Britain. Derived from the Latin word “albus” meaning white, likely referencing the white cliffs of Dover, the first thing ancient travelers to the Island would have been greeted with.
