We thank Swatragh Livestock Market, including auctioneer Stephen Redmond and the Northern Ireland Charolais Club for a great night out for Kenaghan Charolais at the Elite heifer show and sale on Friday night 14th Nov. Our 5 heifers did us proud on the night.

Lot 12 Kenaghan Vienna topped the sale selling for 13,200gns to Claire Ferris she also took home Lot 14 Kenaghan Vita which was the 2nd highest price on the night at 8,900gns.
Our other 3 heifers also found new homes, Lot 5 Kenaghan Valletta bought by Alaistair Ferguson for 5000gns, Lot 11 Kenaghan Vanessa sold to William Johnston for 6,500gns and Lot 13 went home with Richard Cartwright for 5,200gns. We wish all good luck with their heifers and hope they go onto breed well and we see their progeny at future charolais shows and in the sale rings.

Thanks also to the underbidders we were delighted to see your interest in our stock. We also cannot forget Richie Devine for his grooming skills and Wm McElroy for taking great photos of our heifers at home and helped us to showcase them to their full potential.
