Well folks apologies for the lack of posts recently but it has been a busy time for us recently, firstly we were coming off the back of an absolutely phenomenal our best yet!
Then Alanagh was straight into her busiest week of the year in work (yes we have real life jobs too!)
Then it was the at last weekend and then we had our triple inspection yesterday and I’m pleased to say we are sticking to the 5⭐️ theme as all three areas (butchery, trailer and production unit) were once again highly commended thanks to the continued hard work of our very own and our wee worker Charlie!
So all that brings us to this weekend where we will be joining in the celebrations at 10am-2pm where we will be in the trailer with EVERYTHING as we are finally back up to speed with all our stock! Biltong, Droewors, Boerewors, Steaks, Mince, Burgers and Oxtail!
It would be great to see you there whatever the weather ☔️ ☀️ ❄️ 🍁

I don’t know about where you guys are but here in Northern Ireland the sun is shining, and the return of the sun can mean only one thing. Nou gaan ons BRAAI! (Now we braai!)

Hellbent have been good friends of ours for a number of years now. They like us do the hard work of introducing a well loved staple food from home to a culture that has no knowledge of it and we have enjoyed a close relationship with them and their families through our shared passions of food, South African cuisine and of course rugby!
We would like to ask you to support these guys whenever you can and to keep them in your thoughts and prayers as they deal with this devastation.

Well folks you asked for it and we have delivered!
Our delicious mince and burgers that we took to the this past weekend are now also available to buy online!
You can either opt for us to post them out to you or pick up from our home base , for the Ballylagan option please order online for collection 🙏
Both the 4 packs of burgers and packs of 500g mince are from our organically reared dairy cows. The burger mix is gluten free organic and the mince is just 100% beef, no rusk, water or nasties here. Burgers are £6/pack and mince £8/pack.
Don’t forget that you can also order our delicious Biltong, Droewors, Boerewors, Oxtail and Steaks (Fillet, Rib Eye and Sirloin) all at www.kenakobiltong.co.uk
