A different kind of new arrival at The Wee Aird Dairy…
Our new milk-able cow has been delivered and isn’t she a beauty 🎉🎉
Unfortunately though, we can’t agree on a name (Big Bertha isn’t really doing it for me!) so we thought we’d do a competition.
Over the next 2 weeks we want you to take a picture of yourself with her, comment the picture on THIS post, along with your name suggestion and an udderlay delicious prize will be awarded to the person that suggested our favourite name - as if the honour of naming the cow isn’t enough! 😉
Of course all name suggestions are welcome but a picture must be posted to be in with the chance of winning.

Now for the obvious - this is not a real cow 🙈😆 she is fibreglass. Please do not attempt to climb or sit on her and please DO NOT consume what you ‘milk’ from her.

Also, I knew she was there, I put her there myself but I still jumped up and took off when I glanced at our camera screen (pic 2) 🙄🐮

Following the success of our soft‑launch opening evening—where we celebrated the refurbishment of Papa Rab’s and introduced our new menu—we are delighted to announce our upcoming Signature Selection Tasting Menu Night.

This special event showcases a curated journey through flavour, creativity, and imagination, featuring dishes crafted by our exceptional chef team. Many guests from our soft‑opening expressed a desire to return for another immersive dining experience, and we are thrilled to make that request a reality.

Join us on Friday, 2nd October 2026, commencing at 6:30pm, for an evening dedicated to our Signature Selection. Please note that advance booking is essential, and reservations must be made by Monday, 28th September 2026. A £10 deposit is required to secure your reservation.
