Look what just landed: we made it into Sommeliers International (N°190)!
Honestly, we’re still a little bit in shock – it’s wild seeing our story in print. The article follows our journey all the way from Siberia, through adventures in China and Europe, to finally putting down roots in the Scottish Lowlands.
For us, making spirits isn’t just about what’s in the bottle. It’s about those late nights cracking open a cask, swapping stories, and sharing a dram (or two). Whether it’s our boutique single casks or our super-smooth Black Lake Vodka (our little nod to Yin & Yang), we put a piece of ourselves into every drop.
