As Khuathai Takeaway comes to the end of this chapter, I want to say a huge thank you to every single one of you who has supported my little business over the past years.

From the very beginning, when I cooked Thai food in your homes, to serving you from our food van at Stromness Roundabout, you've been part of this incredible journey.

Thank you for every order, every recommendation, every kind message, and every smile. Your support has helped turn my cooking into something truly special, and I'll always be grateful.

Although Khuathai Takeaway will be taking a break for a couple of years while my family starts a new chapter in Thailand, this isn't goodbye.

I'll still be here sharing authentic Thai recipes, cooking tips, and a little piece of Thailand with you. I hope you'll continue cooking along with me until we meet again.
