We're feeling very proud of the progress we've made in the market garden. The first harvests will be happening in the next couple of weeks and the no dig beds are being filled with seedlings. The only thing missing is a little bit of rain to help the new plants get going 💧

Things are beginning to happen here at Good Small Farms! Our focus is resilience through diversity. The aim is to produce delicious food with sound ecological practices. There's exciting plans for a number of different projects on the farm so stay tuned.
The first project is beginning to take shape. The market garden now has 8 no-dig beds and a bit of rotovated ground that's soon to be a polytunnel for summer crops and propagation. Propagation tables have been built and some early sowings of main crop onions are keeping cosy in the farm house. There'll be lots more activity in the field as the soil begins to warm up🌱🌱
