Fridays at Rushbanks! 🌿🌯

Our street food menu launched at Rushbanks last weekend and we had an amazing time!

Such a stunning campsite with a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere - topped off with delicious street food served 5.30-9pm to all the lovely campers! 🍴🔥

A wonderful lunch & dinner served at last weekend!

To start a fresh Spring Heritage Tomato Salad, then a beautiful perfectly cooked Beef Sirloin, followed by Sticky Toffee Pudding, a classic, done well! 🍴

Not forgetting those beautiful grounds that lit up in the evening! ✨️

We had the pleasure of catering a fantastic St Patrick’s Day celebration on Saturday! 🇮🇪

The menu was completely tailored around the occasion and what our clients were looking for! Creating a truly bespoke dining experience 🍀

Guests enjoyed a selection of canapés including Black pudding & quail scotch eggs
Four cheese & chive mini potato skins
Lamb croquettes with Guinness ketchup
Sticky glazed pork belly 🍴

For mains, we served a rich beef shin, Guinness & mushroom bourguignon, followed by a rich Baileys chocolate brownie and a beautifully curated cheese board.
