We’re a little bit late in posting this, but it’s Great British Beef Week.
Here at George Arthur’s we’re proud of carrying on the tradition of buying carcass meats. We have a great relationship with our farmer who knows exactly the beef we like. It’s local, grass fed & looked after to the highest welfare.
We dry age our beef ourselves starting off the process in our Himalayan salt chamber before moving forward to our shop dry ager in preparation for selling. Both the quality carcass and aging process produce the perfect steaks & roasting joints.
