Mini eggs and chocolate chip filled cookies with caramel drizzle all ready for bingo πŸ˜‹ πŸͺ
Im going to start adding the ingredients and method to my posts so you can try them at home.

Ingredients:

115g unsalted butter, melted
150g light brown sugar
115g granulated sugar
1 larg egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
180 plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
100g chocolate chips, can be milk, white or dark
120g mini eggs, crushed

Method:

Melt the butter and pour into a large mixing bowl, add the brown sugar and granulated sugar and mix until combined.
Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix again until combined.
Sieve in the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt and fold the ingredients in using a wooden spoon. Then fold in the crushed mini eggs and chocolate chips.
Get a baking tray and line with baking paper and scoop up a spoonful of mixture, roll into a ball and pop it onto the tray.
Cook for 15 minutes at 160c, then let cool for 10 minutes before adding the caramel drizzle or any drizzle of your choice, then enjoy 😊
Should make about 20 cookies, depending on what size you make the balls.
