As we wrap up service tonight, I couldn’t be more thrilled to share some amazing news! Today, despite a bustling kitchen, we achieved a perfect Food Hygiene Rating of 5! 🎉 This is such a huge milestone, and I’m beyond proud of my team—Igor, , and everyone who worked alongside me. After five incredible years in this business, even though we’re only open Fridays and Saturdays, this recognition reminds me why I love what we do. I also want to take a moment to thank the and Swanley Council—especially and —for their support and for allowing me to pursue this dream over the past five years. I’m so grateful for everything!
