Hello everyone, first of all the Vegan market from yesterday was a success again, thank you Brontosaurus Vegan Lifestyle Store .
I still have left some delicious vegan/healthy goods as I bakeda lot, over 14 types of cakes and tarts🙂.I got 2 big mixed boxes left.
One big yogurt cake lemon, jam (you can slice the cake in 2 or 3)
2 samolina and apricot jam big slices
2 Pumpkin frangipane tart
2 Apple crumble cake
2 Greta Garbo with walnuts and jam(delicios)
2 Biscuits salami with Turkish delight coated in pistachio and coconut

Lori's happy cakes and non vegan cakes. We offer a large range of products from classic (vegetarian) goods, to gluten free, vegan or raw vegan. For me quality and the taste is very important and when I say "vegan" it has to be as healthy as possible🙂, but because I am vegetarian I got a large rage of cakes suitable for vegetarians as well.
For my vegan cakes I never make the buttercream from margarine with sugar, I either cook my buttercream or I use cashew or cream cheese or samolina etc, for my vegetarian buttercream I du Swiss meringue buttercream, Italian meringue buttercream, German buttercream, Russian buttercream, Aparel chocolate buttercream, mascarpone etc. Everything smooth and delicious. You can order by dropping me a PM at least a week in advance.

Lori's happy cakes home based bakery/patisserie, I make everything with love and excitement, I work with quality ingredients, organic as much as possible, I try to get my ingredients from farms or Market and I can't wait to see you all on 7th September in the Swansea Market for the Mini vegan market 🙂.

Hello🙂. I am a self learner baker and I am very happy with my goods, I can tell they taste amazing but because I keep testing and create new recipes, sometimes they don't turn out in the way I want and I always try until I am 100% hapy, they very delicious but I am very picky. I also try to replace the food colouring with natural ones. So one of the sponge should turn out pink, I used raspberry infusion and beetroot power, but it is not pink 😪...yet! For the yellow sponge I used lemon curd with a small amount of turmeric and I am happy with the colour 😊. We learn from mistakes 🙂 so yesterday I made a raspberry/lemon Greek yogurt and mascarpone filling cake. The cake is so yummy but not in the way I want, so I will work out to improve it before I will put it out for sale😊. Lori's happy cakes!
