The Gower Peninsula lies to the west of Swansea, jutting out into the Bristol Channel, it is Britain's very first 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. The Northern shore consists of a large Salt Marsh covering about 4000 acres of land within the Burry/Loughor Estuary. The sheep graze on this tidal marsh and gain their main nourishment from this unique pasture, which consists of salt marsh grasse

s, Samphire, Sorrel, Sea Lavender and Thrift. This gives the Lamb a very special flavour that is sought after by chefs and food connoisseurs alike. We are proud to have won many prestigious awards such as the Great Taste Awards, National Trust Fine Farm produce awards, and True Taste of Wales.

We love opening up our fields and hosting this amazing crowd every single year. Earlier this month was no exception- sunshine, good vibes, great music, and plenty of trail miles logged across the stunning Gower coast.

We are so excited to be heading back to Weobley Castle for Love Trails Festival from 2nd-6th July 2026! For four days, our beautiful backyard in South Wales becomes the ultimate playground for trail runners, hikers, and music lovers, and we’ll be there keeping everyone fueled.❀️

Our sheep graze right on the tidal salt marshes you’ll be running and hiking past during the festival. Dining on a natural diet of samphire, sea purslane, and coastal grasses gives our lamb its uniquely sweet, herbal flavor- making for the juiciest, most flavorful burgers you will ever smash after a long day on the trails. πŸ”₯
