A message from our fabulous suppliers Watson & Pratts 🥦🥕🍅 Jake and I are passionate about organic fruit and vegetables so will be continuing to shop with them personally for our own food shopping.

***

Hey everyone,

We are sorry to hear that Ystradgynlais Real Health is closing! We have been supplying them with our organic fruit and veg for a couple of years now and Miranda and Jake
are amazing so I imagine it is a big loss.

We thought it might be worth mentioning that we can now deliver to you ourselves. We are based in Lampeter and deliver all over Wales as
both a fruit and veg wholesaler and a home delivery business. We offer organic fruit and veg, sourdough bread, pastries, meats, dairy, cheeses and all a whole host of groceries and can offer home delivery for all of it! We previously haven’t delivered in your area as Miranda and Jake had it covered.

We are Watson & Pratt's and our website is www.watsonandpratts.co.uk.

If you want to place an order you can go through the process of setting up an account on the website, fill your basket as you would any other shopping website and check-out. Providing you are in and around
Ystradgynlais and have a SA9 1-- postcode you will be offered Thursdays as a delivery day. For bread we need the orders by mondays at midnight (for a Thursday delivery) but if you don’t want bread the deadline is Tuesday at midnight.

If you wanted to chat to us and ask any questions you can reach us on
01570 423 099. Megan and Liz will be able to answer any questions you might have.

Thanks - we look forward to hearing from you!

The team at Watson and Pratt's

Organic retailer and wholesaler. Fruit, vegetables, our own bakery, meat, fish and more. In store and online. Home delivery service in Mid and South Wales.

Christmas week was our last fruit and veg box and our last week for our fish sales. We’ve run the shop for 3 years as an add-on to the clinic, and have supported our community throughout Covid and beyond. We have put together thousands of boxes, introduced our customers (and ourselves) to new foods, showcased the amazing taste of organic food and made so many friends along the way.

We’ve personally had a tough few years with bereavements and loss in our family on top of everything we’ve all gone through with covid. With a new, exciting career path to pursue for Miranda, it’s time for us to bring the fruit, veg and fish sales to a close going out on a high for Christmas!

Ystradgynlais Chiropractic will continue to run from the shop until we move it to new premises. Please follow the page for updates.

Thank you to each and every one of our shop customers who have supported us on this adventure.

A huge thank you to our outstanding suppliers Watson & Pratts and Swansea Fresh Fish Ltd. For more information on how to order direct with them please visit https://www.watsonandpratts.co.uk and https://www.swanseafish.net.

Our best wishes for 2023,
Miranda and Jake
