Several IKH GaGa Farms team members recently attended the 2024 Poultry Processors Conference hosted by Auburn University and Mississippi State University at the Mississippi Veterinary Research and Diagnostic Laboratory in Pearl, Mississippi. The conference consisted of closed panel discussions, wet lab, and information sessions on microbial testing and management.
Jonathan James, Senior Director of Food Safety and Laboratory Services at IKH-Sanderson Farms, served as a panel speaker and lab leader for the wet lab, showcasing our team’s expertise and commitment to industry leadership!

What do we do?
Grading of Eggs
Free range eggs (from our NI based farmers) are loaded by robot onto our grading machine.
They are graded by size - Small, Medium, Large or Extra Large.
Some of these eggs are then used in the other processes in the factory and others may end up on shop shelves!

Countless beautiful entries were submitted, and Eulalia Ramirez won the grand prize
