Introducing our new W**e of the Month for September, Logodaj Melnik 55 from the Struma Valley in Bulgaria!🍷

Logodaj W**ery is situated in one of Bulgaria's warmest regions and specialises in Melnik - Bulgaria's most distinctive grape variety.🇧🇬

Expect aromas of black cherries, plums and subtle spices, supported by a smooth texture and gentle tannins. This w**e offers something unique yet highly approachable.🍇

A fun fact, Sir Winston Churchill famously loved Melnik and historical accounts state he ordered about 500 litres to his cellar every year!

Available throughout September at a discounted price of £14.50.

We are excited to announce that Bee's Honey Pale Ale is available soon as part of our seasonal releases.

Based on a popular b**r that we previously brewed over 6 years ago, we are now using local honey, sourced just round the corner from the brewery on Kingsdown Road.🍯

Bottled at 4.5%, expect a light and refreshing pale ale with rich honey sweetness and subtle floral hints, perfect for the sunny months. ☀🍺

Introducing Hipsterra Rose Hip Cello!

Hipsterra is an Oxfordshire-made Rose Hip Cello (20% ABV) crafted from wild foraged rose hips. It offers a uniquely British, sharp-yet-delicate twist on traditional Italian lemon-style cellos.

For the perfect, signature Hipsterra Spritz:

50ml Hipsterra🌹
100ml of your favourite Sparkling w**e🍾
A splash of soda water🫗
Garnish with fresh cucumber🥒
