Not all journey in life lead to the outcome one wish to achieve but I am grateful for the lessons they taught.

Each and every encounter in life should make you wiser and stronger…

From the day I decided to make a living from my love of cooking I have realised some resilience strength in me that I do not know exist ….

Question is, should I keep going when this chosen path gets tougher and tougher by the day !!

I am sharing this nostalgic picture because it reminds me of the process of putting it all together, from researching the menu and ingredients, as well as the process of how to serve our clients in the best possible way!

I admire those who can create and think out of the box as their second nature, I am not a perfectionist but at times I do struggle with too much self-evaluation and put too much pressure on striving to deliver the best I can be. As good as this may sound, on a personal level it can hinder my courage to move forward or even to start afresh ...

I want to take this moment to say a Big Thank You to all of you had regularly visited our little Kiosk and always stopped by and complimented our service.
For me personally, nothing makes me happier than seeing an empty bowl being discarded ..
