Just the perks of being a Thermomix Professional ✨

This year’s consistency award: a Pandora bracelet with my initials 💖

I don’t usually share the incentives we earn because it feels a little like showing off 😅 But seeing everyone else share theirs, I thought I’d join in.

Over the last 8 years, Thermomix has rewarded me with so many incredible gifts and experiences. From Pandora jewellery, Jo Malone perfumes and candles, a Mulberry bag, an Aspinal handbag, and a Louis Vuitton wallet, to premium kitchen essentials like Flint & Flame knives, Le Creuset cookware, serving platters, cake stands, Thermomix accessories, wellness gifts, vouchers, and even multiple Thermomixes.

This month alone we’re earning Costa vouchers, wellness vouchers and Zara vouchers. There’s always something to work towards, whether you’re doing a couple of sales a month or building a bigger business.

The gifts are lovely, but what I’m most grateful for is the flexibility, the friendships, the extra income, and the opportunities this journey has given me ❤️

The funny thing is… after helping so many families cook from scratch, save time and eat better, we’re actually proud to wear it. 😆

Losing weight after 40 isn’t about quick fixes or extreme diets. For me, it’s been about building healthy habits that I can actually stick to long term.

Last year I spent a few months in a calorie deficit and lost around 7kg. I gained a little back over Christmas, but overall I’m still about 5kg lighter than I was a year ago — and more importantly, I feel healthier, stronger and have so much more energy.

What do I focus on?

🥑 Plenty of healthy fats from olive oil, avocado, eggs, fish and quality meats

🍳 Around 100–120g of protein daily to support muscle, metabolism and satiety

🥗 Lots of vegetables, salads and soups for fibre and nutrients

🥖 Homemade grain-free, gluten-free rolls

🐟 Quick, nourishing meals like tinned fish with homemade mayo and salad

🚫 Less sugar and fewer refined carbs

One thing I’ve learned is that maintaining a healthy weight after 40 isn’t about eating less and feeling deprived. It’s about prioritising protein, healthy fats, fibre and whole foods while creating habits you can sustain for years, not weeks.

The scale matters far less than how you feel. More energy, fewer cravings, better digestion and feeling confident in your own skin are all signs that your body is being nourished well.

Slow progress is still progress. ❤️
