How XP technology works

Our installation engineer will to set the Kinetico Premier XP valve to match the water hardness from your main supply.

Why is this important.

Non-electric water softeners Regeneration interval is based on water usage in the home. In all other non-electric water softeners this is predetermined at the time of manufacture, or require an trained engineer to change the gears in the gear box.

Regeneration

Each regeneration cycle of a water softener uses a pre-determined amount of brine water and therefore uses a specific quantity of salt.

The XP valve in the Kinetico Premier compact can be adjusted to match the level of hard water in your home. This variation allows the installation engineer to fine tune the regeneration interval, allowing the Kinetico Premier compact to process more water between regeneration. This in turn reduces the amount of salt used and saves Kinetico Premier Compact owners £££'s over the life time of the machine.
