Delight with our heifer calve mob, we take pride the nature of our cattle and being able to wander through the mob. We believe that’s how it should be!

From pasture to plate. 🐖

Meet Pat & Polly, our rare-breed Tamworth sows, with their first and second litters of piglets. Fed on home grown bruised barley and oats, our Tamworths are slow-grown for beautifully rich, flavoursome pork.

Rare breed. Thoughtfully reared. Exceptional flavour — served Shore Hotel just as farm-to-table should be. 🍽️

After two great years at Fearn, we’re saying farewell to James Flett.

Originally from Aberdeen, James joined us to oversee the cropping and machinery side of our business whilst supporting our livestock team.

He’s been a valued member of the team, balancing crops and livestock with plenty of hard work and good humour along the way.

James is now heading home for the next chapter which includes building his own business. We’d like to thank him for all his hard work over the past two years and wish him every success for the future !

Think you could be the next person to step into James’ boots ? If you’ve got the skills, experience and enthusiasm to take on the role, we’d like to hear from you.

At the start of the year, Sass and Goose were born, grandpups of James’ old Huntaway bitch, Tui.

They’ve been great to have around, and it’s pretty special having a piece of Tui back at Fearn 🐾

After two years with the Fearn team during his OE adventure, Luke is heading back to New Zealand 🇳🇿

A brilliant person to have around — always a cheery face, a can-do attitude, great communication skills, and altogether a pleasure and a privilege to have working with us at Fearn.

If you think you could be a suitable replacement and would like to join our young senior management team, get in touch. We’d love to hear from you.

Thank you for everything, Luke - and all the very best for the next adventure! 👏🍻
