Friday night and I'm taste tasting meatball Panouzzo (excellent) while dreaming up Pizza Menu themes for Tom's upcoming gigs after he discovered Italian pizza dough sandwiches called Panouzzo. How exciting. I give you my ideas for The Street Food Emporium Italian menu - a bit gangsta! (thought I would get down wiv the kidz).
Pizza Menu:
The Godfather – Ardita Italian Tomato Sauce, Pepperoni Italian Style, Salami, Chorizo, Mozzarella, Basil, Parmesan Reggiano, fresh rocket leaves to garnish.
The Margherita (v) – a classic combination of Ardita Italian Tomato Sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, and basil
The Goodfella (v) – Ardita Italian Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella & Feta Cheese, Red Onion, Basil, Parmesan Reggiano and fresh rocket leaves to garnish.
Panouzzo/Panizza Sandwich Menu:
The Italian Job – a British take with ham, cheese, turkey, tomato, and lettuce.
The Godfather Part II - Pesto, Pepperoni Italian Style, Salami, Chorizo, Mozzarella, Basil, Parmesan Reggiano, fresh rocket leaves to garnish.
The Goodfella (v) – Pesto, Mozzarella & Feta Cheese, Red Onion, Basil, Parmesan Reggiano and fresh rocket leaves to garnish.
The Bronx – meatballs in a rich tomato sauce
The Deli – An offer you can’t refuse…Your choice of fillings

Twice taste tested a new pie to potentially add to our range... a Beef Bourguignon. Slow cooked beef in a red wine sauce, with small onions, button mushrooms and bacon lardons. First on it's own (very rich) and then drenched in gravy with a big dollop of mushy peas and creamy mash. Thumbs up from me and Tom.
