Back at No5 Barristers' Chambers again for a classic pie bar event. Selection of fantastic pies and all the trimmings to finish them off. Perfect for pie season!!

Last night we had the pleasure of cooking once again for returning clients who asked us to create an evening centred around exceptional ingredients and seriously good food.

So that’s exactly what we did and it was such fun to get back, knee deep, in the finest ingredients going.

From seared foie gras, Oscietra caviar and Cornish crab, through to butter-poached lobster raviolo with lobster bisque and freshly shaved autumn truffle, followed by fillet of beef, girolles, roasted shallot and Madeira jus and a cheeky beef oxtail side dish.

And, of course, we finished with something sweet.

Beautiful produce, generous portions and some of the finest ingredients we could get our hands on — all cooked and served in the comfort of our clients’ home.

A huge thank you to Jonathon & Claire for inviting The Wild Gourmet back once again. 🥂

Feedback Thursday!! Some absolutely stunning feedback from Emilia & Benjamin for their wedding we had the pleasure of catering for. It was one of my favourite settings this year and the menu made me want to be a guest. We loved this one. Thank you for letting us be part of it and taking the time to leave such a fab review.
