🌿 As our harvesting season comes to an end… 🌿

We’d like to take a moment to thank all of our harvesting teams for their hard work and dedication throughout the season. It hasn’t been without its challenges, from the weather to tight schedule, but the effort and commitment from everyone involved has been outstanding.

We’re proud of what we’ve achieved together and are grateful for the teamwork that keeps everything running smoothly here at Bryan’s Salads. 👏💪

We’re in full swing with carrot harvesting now! 🥕
This is something completely new for us at Bryan’s, but luckily a few of our farm team bring over 30 years of experience in harvesting and washing carrots! so for them it’s just second nature.

After a quick bath, they’re looking pretty smart in our new Bryan’s dolavs, don’t you think? 👀✨

That’s planting and drilling wrapped up for our 2025 season! 🌱

This year we’ve planted:
12,760,650 lettuce plants
226,400 savoy cabbages
143,000 spring cabbages

On top of that, we’ve sown an incredible:
793,000,000 spinach seeds
153,950,000 bulls blood seeds
103,950,000 red chard seeds

As an extra this year we have also sown 7,000,000 carrot seed to give us an extra challenge.

It’s been a very busy few months on the farm, and none of it would be possible without the hard work and dedication of our farm team, a massive thank you to everyone involved. 🙌

Now all that’s left is to hope for a good finish to our harvesting season! 🌿🚜

We’re pleased to report that all our cabbage crops are growing really well! This is our very first year growing our own spring and savoy cabbage, so it’s still very much a work in progress, but so far, things are looking really promising.

It’s exciting to see our new farm adventure coming along so nicely, and we’re learning a lot along the way. We’ll keep you updated as they continue to grow!

🥕 Carrot Update! 🥕

We’re excited to share that the first carrots we drilled are now forming up nicely in the fields! 🌱 It’s been a great journey so far trialling our own carrot crop for the first time, and things are looking promising.

If all goes to plan, we should be harvesting these beauties from late September/early October onwards. We’ll keep you updated as they grow.
