Il Basilico is a busy restaurant with great food and a great team of staff. We are looking for a part time kitchen assistant to work mainly weekends shifts. Shifts may vary each week as per the rota and we try to accommodate requests where possible.
Previous experience in a highly regarded restaurant is an advantage but full training will be given. A love of great food and the willingness to learn new skills is very important. The ability to work under pressure is a skill you will need. We are a friendly team who pull together when the pressure is on and like to laugh with each other.
We offer good wages, good tips (shared between all staff working on shift), a staff meal, a staff drink, free parking, and a great Christmas party!
