End of the week for many of you, and a pretty good excuse for a sauna. 🔥❄️

We’ve got spaces TONIGHT in our communal sauna sessions:

🔥 5:30pm – spaces available
🔥 6:45pm – spaces available

Come on your own, bring a friend, your partner, family or a few from your club — everyone’s welcome.

Wood-fired sauna, cold plunges, fresh air, great views and a friendly social atmosphere here at the farm.

Maybe a local sauna session is exactly what you need to start the weekend. 🙌

We opened Tuesday’s mornings and evenings as a trial in August and will continue as long as demand is there .. the evenings seem to be here for a while looking at attendees …

Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays have various session times available, please check the website and book online .

Warm welcome, great views, cool barrels, changing area and a spacious sauna experience 🔥🧊

Whether you’re completely new to sauna or you’ve been here many times before, the welcome is the same.

Consistency — I thank you all!

But maybe it’s also time to thank yourself for making the decision to come here and do something for you.

Sauna is becoming part of so many people’s routine — time to relax, reset, recover, socialise and simply feel better.

There are wild saunas popping up all around the country now and they’re all different in their own ways. Try a few — that’s absolutely okay! I’d rather you have sauna in your life than not.

And if you visit us here and decide you’d like to make it a regular part of your routine, then yes, we do have offers that can help with that all-important consistency.
