Yum. 👀

For our producer spotlight this month we are highlighting the scrumptious goodies produced by House of Fudge. 😋 Their team have been making delicious fudge, the traditional way, in the heart of the West Country for over 30 years. Crafted using time-honoured methods in copper pots over an open flame, using the finest local quality ingredients. It’s not rushed — it’s stirred, poured, and carefully worked by hand, just as it has been for generations.

And the best part? Seeing it cut fresh. That moment when the slab is perfectly set and sliced into rich, creamy pieces — you can almost taste it before you even take a bite. This fudge is the way it’s meant to be: authentic, local, and made with care.
