Smothered in teriyaki sauce which must have had a lot of sugar in it judging by the caramelisation on the skin.

Over the top chilli, pulled pork, Horne made Angus & Oink Honey Chilli sausages, garlic butter corn rib and garlic flatbread.

Something new for pudding.

Thanks to Kendrick BBQ for the inspiration.

Smoked peanut butter and jam cake covered with dream topping.

All cooked on the Weber Grills - UK Kettle and Smokey Mountain over Big K Products lumpwood.

Me and the BBQ apprentice have been busy this afternoon.

Angus & Oink Honey & Chilli, Korean, Jamaican Jerk and Garlic Butter & Cheshire Cheese Vintage.

As always the meat came from the good people at Stillmans Butchers.

Another piece of awesome meat seasoned with Angus & Oink Steak King.

Cooked indirect until around 50c internal, rested then seared over screaming hot Big K Products Lumpwood on the Weber Grills - UK kettle.
