Hi everyone I hope you are all keeping well now that life is slowly returning to normal.
It's been a month since we've been at the Forest Inn at Hexworthy and feedback has been great, especially with the Sunday roasts. This Sunday I will be cooking Devon beef and Pork, supplied by Howells butchers along with roasties, mashed swede and carrot, a parsnip puree, savoy cabbage and cauliflower and broccoli cheese, stuffing, yorkies, a rich gravy. The vegetarian offering is a lenti, pea and potato cake.
