Due to sustaining a silly cycling injury last weekend, I only have a limited selection on the table today. It's still looking 👌 though!

We take ours toasted, with salted butter, avocado and a runny fried egg. (Would prefer poached, but still haven't mastered that art yet 🙄)

My task was to make a summery, fresh sponge cake for my Nans birthday. The taste delivered, the looks are something to be desired 🤣

Filled with lemon curd and a mascarpone frosting, this tasted like the summer vibes we were going for 🌞 🍋

Prep has started for our first ever farmers market in Tavistock this weekend!

We'll have some new flavours added across our range (including this super chocolate flavour, that might not make it to saturday 🤭).
