My first attempt at a "drip" cake..... LOL

My task was to make a summery, fresh sponge cake for my Nans birthday. The taste delivered, the looks are something to be desired 🤣

Filled with lemon curd and a mascarpone frosting, this tasted like the summer vibes we were going for 🌞 🍋

Prep has started for our first ever farmers market in Tavistock this weekend!

We'll have some new flavours added across our range (including this super chocolate flavour, that might not make it to saturday 🤭).

UPDATED SCHEDULE

A little change in plans for this weekend, with thanks to the Great British weather 🌧

We will now be in Callington Town Hall on Sunday (instead of Liskeard on Saturday) from 10am until 2pm.
