We are excited to announce that Gilberts will be collaborating with Highland Fold Ice Cream this Sunday, March 22nd, to celebrate the "First Day of Spring."

I will be cooking up a delicious wild venison goulash to complement the wonderful sweet treats that Highland Fold is so well known for. Please join us between 12:30 PM and 5:00 PM. 🌱🥳
