Dear Customers,

Thank you for your kind messages following yesterday’s deliveries. All of our milkmen completed double shifts to get their Friday deliveries done as well and we’re pleased to say that we were able to nearly get everywhere before the snow hit.

For those on Round 90 in Presteigne, your milkman was in the area just as the snow hit. He got to where he could and will attempt to finish deliveries tomorrow (Saturday 10th January).

Similarly on Round 95, there are a small number of customers who did not receive their “Friday” delivery yesterday due to the deteriorating conditions. Again your milkman will re-attempt delivery tomorrow.

Finally, we have not received our newspaper delivery today due to the conditions. All customers on this round should have received their milk and goods yesterday.

A huge thank you to all the Teme Dairy team for their incredible work yesterday as well as to our customers for their kind words and understanding.

----Notice Regarding Changes to Rounds Due to Expected Adverse Weather Conditions----

Dear Customers,

It appears to be even more difficult than usual to predict the potential impact the upcoming weather warnings will have on our delivery rounds due to the varied nature of the weather forecasts with some predicting mostly rain and others suggesting an ice age!

In order to best prepare for whatever is to come, customers who are due to receive a delivery on Friday will receive this today (Thursday 8th January).

Regarding deliveries in Kington and Presteigne, we are anticipating your Friday delivery will be made on the afternoon of Thursday 8th January. Should conditions deteriorate to a point where roads become impassable an attempt will be made on Saturday.

If you have any queries, please do contact the office.
