Our Story

Welcome to Fox’s Fridge! We’re the Fox Family and it began as William and Katy Fox when we started farming at Lyde Green in Rotherwick seven years ago. A lot has changed since we started farming at Lyde Green, we have made major improvements to the farm, increased our cows number and even started the next generation of Fox’s, Frankie and Angus have joined the team. The one thing that has not changed since farming at Lyde Green is our love for our milk. We feel privileged to start our day drinking our fresh and great tasting Raw Milk knowing that it has been produced by our loved and well –cared for cows. There is nothing we find more pleasing than seeing our British Friesian cows grazing on the rich nutritious grass in the sunshine around the beautiful countryside of Lyde Green and Rotherwick, Hampshire. We firmly believe, it is this natural grazing and care for our herd that gives our milk its distinctive creamy flavour and quality taste, but not only is it full of flavour it is packed full of nutrients so is good for you too. With help from our cows, we have come up with an udderly delicious idea…. Fox’s Fridge will soon offer you Raw Milk directly from the farm from the cows you see grazing around Rotherwick and Lyde Green. In order to sell Raw Milk, we are fully registered with the Food Standards Agency (FSA) and we take pride in the cleanliness of our milking equipment and operate a strict milking routine to both ensure that the strict bacteria tests conducted on our milk by the FSA are easily met and the cleanest milk is produced. What are you waiting for? We want you to enjoy coming to Fox’s Fridge at Lyde Green Farm to collect your Raw Milk. We can guarantee you that it has come exclusively from our happy and healthy herd of cows, completely unprocessed and with no food miles.
