ＨａｐｐｉｌｙＥｖｅｒＡｆｔｅｒｔａｓｔｅｓｐｒｅｔｔｙｓｗｅｅｔ

Yesterdays cake was this beautiful one for the lovely Sarah & Tim 🤍

A 3-tier semi-naked cake decorated with fresh florals 🌸 The bottom 10” tier was a vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam, the middle 8” tier was a lemon sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and lemon curd, and the top 6” tier was a white chocolate sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and blueberry compote. All fillings were homemade 💕 Set in a stunning venue surrounded by the most beautiful flowers.
Not too happy with the finish of the top tier as I had to reposition it but hopefully the couple enjoyed it.

Huge congratulations to the newlyweds – wishing you both a lifetime of love and happiness 🥂💍

This decadent four-layer chocolate drip cake is a chocoholic’s dream, with rich chocolate sponge stacked high and filled with smooth Galaxy milk chocolate buttercream. ＷｅｅｋｅｎｄｏｆＢａｋｉｎｇ

This past weekend was a baker’s dream—two completely different cakes, each with their own personality, and both so much fun to create! 🧁✨

First up was the sweetest little rubber duck birthday cake, full of cheerful colour and charm, followed by a bold 21st birthday cake featuring a buttercream goat and delicate piped borders. From cute and whimsical to grown-up with a twist, it was such a treat to bring these ideas to life - nothing better than seeing cakes that make people smile

The duck cake was made up of light and fluffy vanilla sponges layered with silky vanilla buttercream and a sweet homemade blackberry and apple jam. Covered in smooth buttercream and decorated with an adorable rubber duck design to make the celebration extra quacky!

The goat cake was made up of two 8” vanilla sponge layers filled with decadent vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam, finished with a smooth buttercream covering. Decorated with a hand-piped buttercream goat on top and elegant piped borders for a fun yet stylish 21st birthday centrepiece.

A 5” vanilla bento cake filled with vanilla buttercream and homemade blackberry apple jam, paired with matching cupcakes. All dressed up in dreamy blue buttercream, sprinkles, and topped with mini chocolates and a fondant happy birthday topper.
