We are a small family farm based in the Gloucestershire countryside supplying grass reared, high quality and super tasty lamb and beef boxes within the local area.

Evening. This year we are going to try to show you a bit more of what goes on at the farm and a little about the work that goes into your meat boxes.

Don't worry, I'm not one for bombarding you with daily posts.

So here is a little video to show you our new butchery unit and the beef that we will be processing and packing tomorrow.
We have only just finished kitting this unit out as we outgrew our old unit and still a few bits and bobs to finish off.

We hang our beef for 21 days to deliver optimum tendernes. This is also a huge part of what gives it that deep, rich flavour.

Our beef is grass-fed, slowly reared, and sustainably farmed, produced and the butchering process takes place on our small family farm in Gloucestershire too to minimise food milage. 🌍

We then hang it for 21 days to deliver optimum tendernes. This is also a huge part of what gives it that deep, rich flavour.

All our beef is traditional slow-grown beef, and you really can taste the difference.

We receive amazing feedback about our beef, and it’s truly heartwarming to hear.🩷
