I'm going big at the Newbury Show this year. We are going to have one stall in the food tent and one in the produce tent. This means I need some help. I'm looking for an assistant or two to work over the Newbury Show weekend (19 and 20 September). Message me if you know anyone who might be interested! The role will involve selling lots of honey (hopefully!).

Reading Farmers’ Market is jam packed with delights this weekend. Find us on Saturday August 15th at the Cattle Market, Great Knollys Street, Reading RG1 7HD (8.15am to 12pm). We are delighted to announced we have received two 2026 Great Taste Awards. One 2 Star Award for our Honey Atlas Borage Honey, and a 1 Star Award for our Honey Atlas Oil Seed R**e Honey!

Some of our bees are on holiday again. This this time they have gone to some peas. Peas aren't known for being a great nectar source but we will see!

Next Sunday we will be at the Benham Estate for Open Farm Sunday. 10am to 3pm. We beekeep on the estate and will be bring some of our bees.

There will be lots of farmy stuff to do like tractor rides, animals, sheep shearing, and lota of displays and stalls from the many businesses that work with the estate.

Tickets are free but need to be booked in advance.

Today is the Renartgades Newbury Artisan Market. We have out bees here in the Market Place why not pop down yo meet them and learn how they make our wonderful honey!
