We’re incredibly proud to announce that, following last week’s shop inspection, Frank Family Butchers has officially been accepted into the prestigious Q Guild of Butchers.

For nearly four decades, the Q Guild has brought together a select group of independent butchers committed to craftsmanship, professionalism and the highest standards within our trade.

Membership isn’t simply a badge — it’s recognition of the standards we work hard to uphold every single day, from the quality of the meat on our counter to the way it’s prepared and the service we give our customers.

We’re extremely proud to now stand alongside some of the finest independent butchers in the country as members of the Q Guild.

Another big milestone for our little shop in Thirsk — and one we couldn’t have achieved without our brilliant team, suppliers and, most importantly, all of you who continue to support us.

PANCETTA UPDATE!

The curing process is complete and now we move on to the drying stage.

Slowly dried to develop that proper rich, savoury flavour — made right here by us from start to finish.

A little more patience required… but our homemade pancetta will soon be available in the shop!
