Fund Food is back!

I am pleased to announce that I am back, offering everyone's favourite homemade hot cross buns once again, and, to celebrate and welcome the Ukrainian refugees, the Ukrainian brioche-like easter bread - P***a.

I am still fundraising for Food Cycle, a charity with a branch in Bristol, cooking and providing healthy and nutritious food and friendly conversations to those in need, as I feel that this cause is still essential and linked to hosting and welcoming refugees. Therefore, I ask that you make a small donation to my Just Giving page in exchange for your baked good if you are able, unless you are hosting refugees, in which case thank you and you deserve some baking support!

These are my onion pretsels that I am now offering throughout May. They are onion, garlic and chive flavour with a delicious flavoured paprika and garlic chewy coating and a pillowy soft inside. They are best fresh, so I can deliver them just hours after cooking and are perfect with a soup or quiche for lunch or as a fun alternative to sandwiches in lunchboxes.

These are my scrummy berry hot cross buns, filled with jam and topped with a strawberry cross and glaze. They aren't spiced, but flavoured with orange and studded with cranberries and blueberries.
