Campfire Old Fashioned:
60ml North Point Pilot Rum
2 -3 dash bitters
15 ml simple syrup
garnish toasted marshmallows
Spiced Rum Dalgona Coffee:
30ml North Point Spiced Rum
15ml of instant coffee
15ml castersugar
chai tea
whole oat milk
coffee beans to garnish
Pear and Plum Gin Still:
60 ml Crosskirk Bay Gin
45 ml pear and plum still water
30 ml pear tea
15 ml grapefruit juice
garnish with a slice of pear
Spiced Negroni:
30 ml North Point Spiced Rum
30 ml Campari
30 ml Sweet Vermouth
Bergamot Seaweed Sour:
45 ml Crosskirk Bay Gin
15 ml Italicus
1 egg white
15 ml lemon juice
15 ml seaweed simple syrup
Nori garnish
