A little House of Temper update… 🍫
After a lot of thought (and a lot of expensive cocoa beans), I’ve made the decision to close House of Temper.
Running a small chocolate business using high quality ingredients just isn’t financially sustainable anymore, and I was never willing to cut corners, use cheaper ingredients, or load everything with sugar just to make it work.
The good news is the tempering machine has gone to live its next chapter at the stunning Grantley Hall, which feels like a pretty lovely home for it 🖤
There’s still some remaining stock available at Castlegate Cards until the end of May, so if you’d like one last chocolate fix, that’s where to find it. Once it’s gone, it’s gone!
I may still do the occasional chocolate drop here and there because I don’t think I can fully stay away forever, so keep an eye on the page 👀
