A year later, and I’m heading back to the Denbighshire & Flintshire Agricultural Show.

Last time, Guerrilla Chicken picked up third place for traders in the food marquee, after I had the chance to speak with the Lady Mayor about the story behind the business and where we were hoping to take it.

It was one of those unexpected moments that stayed with me. Not just because of the rosette, but because of the people, the conversations and the support for independent businesses.

A lot can change in a year, but I’m just as excited to be going back.

The flasks are packed, the spirits are ready, and I’m looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting plenty of new ones.
