A little story behind this order… 👀

This customer first came across my food at a party, where they were a guest. They enjoyed the food, asked the host about it and the host kindly recommended me 🥰

A little while later… I received this order. He ordered Rui Fish Dopeyaja, Biye Barir Vegetable with Chicken, Whole Roasted Chicken Curry with Potato, Lamb Curry with Potato.

Alhamdulillah it’s such a beautiful feeling when one order leads to another through a simple recommendation. And this is exactly why I’m always grateful to every customer who recommends my food to their family, friends and guests.

Alhamdulillah another order of homemade Bangladeshi food has travelled a long way to reach one of my customers. This time, 111 miles away to Norwich 😇

It still amazes me to think about the journey my food has taken. I have travelled to many places across the UK but Alhamdulillah my food has reached even more places than I have. 🥹
For this particular order, my customer chose:
• Kolija bhuna • Bhuri bhuna • Chicken roast • Chicken curry • Beef curry with potato • Hash bhuna• Beef biryani• Morog polao• Katla Fish• Kochur loti with gura chingri• Kechki fish chorchori• Nokshi Pitha• Beef jhal puli• Kolija shingara

And shortly after receiving the food, I received such a lovely message from my customer ❤️ Allahumma Barik Laha.

Every order that travels to another part of the UK feels special to me. From preparing everything in my kitchen to carefully packing it and sending it on its journey, I’m always grateful to know that something made with my hands is making its way into someone else’s home 🤍

I deliver homemade Bangladeshi food all across the UK 🇬🇧📦

Some customer interactions really make you smile 😊

This lovely customer from Manchester sent me a message and I genuinely appreciated the way he approached me. Sometimes it’s not even about what someone is asking for, it’s the way they ask.

As a small business owner, I always try my best to satisfy my customers, whether it’s through the food, service or simply being understanding and respectful.

But unfortunately, I’ve also experienced opposite like people making unrealistic demands, deciding what they’re willing to pay regardless of the bill or blaming me when I’m unable to take order of a particular item because an ingredient isn’t available.

We’re all human and small businesses have limitations too. You can always ask but kindness, politeness and understanding make such a big difference. ❤️

I’m sharing his message below because I genuinely feel this is how we should communicate with small businesses. And I hope I can always give the same respect when I’m a customer somewhere too.

I didn’t manage to take photos of his food, so the food photos below are from another one of my incredibly loyal customers who has supported Rani’s Pitha Ghor so many times Allahumma Barik Laha.

Thank you to all my lovely customers for your continued support ❤️

A order recently went all the way to Plymouth for one of our regular customers, who ordered these Bangladeshi favourites for his parents while they were visiting from Bangladesh.

🐟 Rui Fish – 8 pieces
🐟 Koi Fish – 8 pieces
🐟 Katla Fish – 8 pieces
🥕 Mixed Vegetables – 2 boxes
🥬 Biye Barir Vegetables – 2 boxes

His family enjoyed everything and hearing that everyone loved the food honestly made me so happy Alhamdulillah 🥰

Some customers become more than customers.
This gentleman has been a regular and is genuinely like a brother to me, always calm, respectful and nice to deal with. Even when he has a query, he communicates with such kindness.

We believe great customer service works both ways: we give our customers our very best and we deeply appreciate the trust, kindness and respect we receive in return 🌸 Allahumma Barik Laha

That’s what makes a small business special, not just the orders but the relationships we build along the way.

So wherever you are in the UK, if you’re missing the flavours of home, let Rani’s Pitha Ghor bring a little taste of Bangladesh to your table. 🇧🇩🍽️❤️

It’s been quite a few days since I last posted here. Some of you might have wondered why I’ve been so quiet. The truth is, I’ve been incredibly busy replying to messages, speaking with customers and preparing your orders. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Almighty Allah and with all your love and support, I’m receiving continuous orders and I’m so grateful for each and every one of you. ❤️

Although I haven’t had much time to post, I couldn’t resist sharing this lovely review I received this morning.

This parcel, containing Kochur loti with gura chingri and Kolija Bhuna was delivered to Sheffield. The customer messaged me saying she couldn’t wait to taste the food as soon as it arrived and Alhamdulillah she absolutely loved it 😇 Reviews like these truly make all the hard work worthwhile.

At Rani’s Pitha Ghor, we are constantly reminded that love truly knows no boundaries. Recently, a wonderful customer in Bangladesh discovered our page and wished to surprise her beloved husband in the UK with a taste of home. She thoughtfully chose our beef curry and kolija shingara for him and despite the distance and the challenges of arranging payment from abroad, went to great lengths to make the gift possible. She even sent a heartfelt message to accompany the food ❤️

It was an honour for us to be part of such a loving gesture and we were overjoyed to hear that her husband thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Moments like these inspire us to continue bringing the warmth and flavours of Bangladesh to families and loved ones throughout the UK.

Although we have not been very active on our page lately but Alhamdulillah your continued love and trust keep our orders flowing as usual. We are delighted to continue delivering Bangladeshi delicacies to our valued customers all across the UK. We remain deeply grateful for your unwavering support and trust.
